1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the iOS app Roster. The provider is:

The app is distributed exclusively via the Apple App Store. The Apple Media Services Terms apply additionally.

2. Description of services

Roster is a private relationship management app for poly, ENM and multiple-partner relationships. All content is stored locally on your device.

2.1 Free features

• Up to 3 connections
• Journal & reflection
• Vio as daily companion

2.2 Premium subscription

Premium additionally unlocks: Map, Wellness and Insights sections, unlimited connections, photos, Vibe Radar, milestones, burn-after-read notes and full Vio functionality.

Available weekly (€0.99), monthly (€2.99, incl. 3-day free trial) or yearly (€29.90).

3. Contract and billing

The premium subscription contract is between you and Apple. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

• Use the app exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not enter content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• You are responsible for securing your device (screen lock, backups).

6. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. The app does not replace professional medical, psychological or legal advice.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies.

8. Governing law

German law applies. Consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
